Instagram is perhaps the most competitive social media platform for growing a personal brand, business, or influencer profile. While great content is supported here, sometimes a little push from outside helps increase visibility. This is where growth services like Subscriberz come in handy. I decided to put Subscriberz to the test over the last two weeks to see whether it delivers on its promises of Instagram growth. Following is my honest account of fourteen days’ use of the platform.
What Is Subscriberz and What Does It Offer?
Subscriberz offer engagement tools, followerships, likes, and views on mass social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, among many others. It is mainly targeted to help users in the faster growth of their audience and gain credibility on these social platforms.
For Instagram, in particular, Subscriberz is offering packages to buy followers and get more likes for posts, increase views for stories, and so on. It claims its followers are high-quality, and the growth looks organic.
How the Setup Process Works
It was easy to start using Subscriberz. The second I chose the Instagram followers package, I was asked to enter my Instagram username (never my password) and select my delivery speed before checking out. I opted for the 1,000 followers over 14 days gradually, to simulate organic growth.
Subscriberz offers instant delivery or gradual delivery. I chose the gradual path so that I could test whether slow organic-looking growth would slip under the radar of the Instagram algorithm.
Daily Developments and Initial Impression
By the end of Day 1, my account had gained about 100 followers. The accounts looked more or less real, with profile pictures and some posts, although some looked inactive. Follower count continued to rise steadily, with about 60-100 followers per day.
7 Days into the campaign:
Just over 500 followers had been added to this point, halfway through the campaign. Interestingly, I saw a small spike in engagement for some of my posts, which is not great, but at least implies that some of these followers are at least semi-active real users.
14 Days into the campaign:
I now have a total of 1,020 followers, which is just a bit more than promised. Luckily, I didn’t suffer any real followers drop-off during this test period, and the growth curve looked natural.
Quality of Followers: Real or Fake?
One of the most important aspects regarding any growth service is whether those followers are real people or just bots. Subscriberz had a bit of a mixed bag in this regard in terms of quality. About 60-70% of the profiles had profile pictures, bios, and content, making them seem real. The rest, however, looked inactive or generic.
Most of these followers didn’t engage with my stories or posts, but had just followed me. This is the usual thing to expect from a paid follower service. However, in case you were looking for genuine engagement besides vanity metrics, then this point does become relevant to address.
Any Changes in Engagement and Reach?
Subscriberz does not advertise engagement in its follower packages, yet I did see a slight rise in post impressions and profile visits on the two-week test. Perhaps this will be due to the higher visibility of the platform with the Instagram algorithm or simply the effect of social proof, that is, more followers generate curiosity about interaction and clicks on your profile.
But likes and comments had no significant rise. Bought followers cannot expect to interact. If your goal is to improve your engagement, Subscriberz does offer likes and views in separate packages that will assist toward that goal.
Customer Support and Service Experience
I had a couple of queries regarding delivery time, so I emailed them for support. Response time was within twelve hours, and the answers were very helpful and to the point. This has added a level of trust in the whole experience.
The Interface is user-friendly, with clear instructions and various methods of payment. Just about smooth, placing my order with immediate confirmation of the same.
Is Subscriberz Worth the Money?
On the pricing end, Subscriberz offers solid value; the 1,000-follower package comes at relatively low rates compared to many of the services in this category and, of course, accomplishes the task. If you need followers for social proof, or maybe to get over that initial growth speed bump with Instagram, it is a decent option.
But for any kind of long-term, engaged following, this is not a complete solution. Think of it as a temporary little push rather than a full-blown growth strategy.
Conculsion
Having experimented with Subscriberz for 14 days, I think the service is legit, fast, and fairly priced. It does what it is supposed to do, adding followers to your Instagram profile. As long as it is used in moderation, it is safe for your account and makes the account appear more credible. Which is especially handy for new users or brands trying to build trust really fast.
But these followers are not going to help build a community and meaningfully engage with your content. If your Instagram growth is serious business, a Subscriberz push should go with authentic content, regular posting, and proper organic engagement.
